Hawaiian Chieftain, a packet-style sailing ship built in Lāhainā, Maui, will visit Sacramento this November to offer educational sails to local students. The ship is open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. 1 p.m. most weeks (see exceptions listed below). The ship is closed on Sundays and Thanksgiving Day. The ship may close on short notice due to special events.

Join our two-hour, family-oriented Adventure Sail to experience tall ship handling, sea shanty singing, and maritime amusement. It will be a day to remember! A ticket is required for all passengers, including babes in arms. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
