Walk-on tours are a chance to visit the ship and meet the Hawaiian Chieftain crew, which is beginning it its annual tour of California ports. Three-hour, family-oriented Adventure Sails feature opportunities for guests to help raise a sail, learn a sea shanty, and take the helm of a real tall ship, conditions permitting. Tickets for Adventure Sails are $47 adults, $39 children 12/under.

Lady Washington is at the Port Townsend Boat Haven in Port Townsend, Wash., undergoing her biennial maintenance haul-out, including the installation of three new spars. The Historical Seaport recently completed a campaign that raised $35,000 for the spar project. Sincere thanks to all our donors!

Walk-On Tours

Hawaiian Chieftain only: Walk-on tours are a chance to visit the ships and speak to the crews, similar to an open house. No tickets or reservations are required. A $5 donation per person is appreciated.

Battle Sail

Our popular three-hour Battle Sails feature booming cannons, close-quarters maneuvers, and a taste of 18th century maritime life aboard tall ships. A ticket is required for all passengers, including babes in arms. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

No Battle Sails scheduled for Lady Washington in Port Townsend or Hawaiian Chieftain in Oakland.

Adventure Sail
